..I had the blessings of standing in front of Your eternal abode..
..and attain salvation..
..an opportunity that is very hard to come by, to the Creator himself..
..perhaps it was the urge to seek mortal pleasures and fame..
..that made me walk away..
..from stepping inside Your adobe..
..from stepping inside Your adobe..
..instead led me into the frail doors of incompetent royals..
Maha Kavi Dhoorjati in this verse continues to lament on how he continues to be drowning and drifting away from attaining salvation.
Introspecting further (on the state of his mind, body and soul), he attributes the reason to this degradation as being caught in the whirlpool of seeking mortal desires and attaining fame and recognition by serving Kings and Royals.

For most of us with our busy schedule, it is very challenging to carve out few minutes of our time to be "one with God" and have a heartfelt dialog with Him.
Few that are blessed with an opportunity to spend time with the Omnipresent, the poet compares them to Lord Brahma. During those precious moments, one should leave behind every mortal infatuation, material desires and worries and seek the path towards eternal salvation.
Let's pray to Sri Kalahasteewara and seek His blessings, He will guide us in emancipating our lives from this vicious cycles of life and death and lead us into His holy abode.
